The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), the following:

Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on 12/05/2016 to the sale of 10,000 common shares at the price of 9.21 euros of total value 92,100 euros.
Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Vice- Chairman of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on 12/05/2016 and on 13/05/2016 to the sale of 39,851 common shares in total at the price of 9.21 euros of total value 367,027.71 euros.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
