SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), that the company LENIDI S.A., legal entity related to Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, executive member of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on September 14th 2016 to the purchase of 5,100 common shares in total at the average price of 9.43 euros of total value 48,117 euros.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

(“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
