The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

Zalek S.A., a closely associated legal entity of Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of The Board of Directors and Executive Member), purchased on September 20^th of 2023 10,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.4921 euro per share.
Kyriakos Sarantis (CEO of the Group and Executive Member of the company’s BoD) purchased on September 20^th of 2023, 2,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.5365 euro per share, as well as he purchased on September 21^st of 2023 3,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.38282 euro per share.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
