The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

Kyriakos Sarantis (Executive Member of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), bought through a closely associated legal entity, on April 25^th of 2023 2,469 common shares in total at the average price of 6.64 euro per share.
Kyriakos Sarantis, Grigoris Sarantis and Aikaterini Sarantis, members of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased, through a closely associated legal entity that they jointly control, 4,600 common shares at an average price of 6.81 euros per share.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
