The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:

Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 24/01/11 to the purchase of 5,000 (five thousand) common shares at the price of 2.90 euros (two euros and ninety cents) of total value 14,500 euros (fourteen thousand five hundred euros).
Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 24/01/11 to the purchase of 5,000 (five thousand) common shares at the price of 2.90 euros (two euros and ninety cents) of total value 14,500 euros (fourteen thousand five hundred euros).

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
