The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

Mr. George Liossatos, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 30/01/13 to the sale of 2,000 common shares at the price of 4.40 euros of total value 8,800 euros and on 01/02/2013 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.40 euros of total value 4,400 euros.

Mr. Dimitris Haikalis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 04/02/13 to the sale of 2,000 common shares at the price of 4.40 euro of total value 8,800 euro.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
