The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

Mrs. Mara Vokou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 20/03/13 to the sale of 980 common shares at the price of 4.34 euros of total value 4,256.50 euros and on 21/03/13 to the sale of 1.019 common shares at the price of 4.38 euros of total value 4.463,72 euros.
Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 21/03/13 to the sale of 1,500 common shares at the price of 4.34 euros of total value 6,489 euros and on 22/03/13 to the sale of 143 common shares at the price of 4.34 euros of total value 620.62 euros.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
