The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that:

Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 02/06/2015 to the sale of 85,000 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 684,250 euros.
Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 02/06/2015 to the sale of 100,000 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 805,000 euros.
Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 02/06/15 to the sale of 15,000 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 120,750 euros.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
