Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following a notification from its shareholder JASON ENTERPRISES HOLDING SA, the company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that its shareholder JASON ENTERPRISES HOLDING SA proceeded on 15/10/07 to sale of shares in GR. SARANTIS SA, thus reducing its participation in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS SA from 10.148% (i.e. 3,871,000 shares and voting rights) to 8.208% (i.e. 3,131,000 shares and voting rights).

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

(“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
