Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following a notification dated 10/12/2010 sent by its shareholders GRIGORIS SARANTIS, KYRIAKOS SARANTIS, AIKATERINI SARANTI, HAWKEYE HOLDING LTD. and IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING SA, the company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that, the company IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING SA is dissolved and the 100% voting rights and participation in MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD has been transferred to HAWKEYE HOLDING LTD.

As a result the total percentage of their direct and indirect participation in the voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. remained unchanged and therefore is equal to 40.800% (i.e. 15,647,280 voting rights). This is analyzed as follows:

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
