This is an amendment of the announcement on significant changes in the voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. dated November 23rd 2017.
It is noted that the total percentage of the shareholders’ direct and indirect participation in the total shares and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. remains unchanged compared to the previous notification at 51.997% (i.e. 18,167,087 voting rights).

It is noted that:
- The company HAWKEYE HOLDING LTD. that holds 100% of the share capital of the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD. belongs to the aforementioned three individuals that have entered into a verbal agreement on 24.12.1997, based on which they are obliged, through the coordinated exercise of their rights, to adopt a common policy towards the management of GR. SARANTIS S.A.
- The company TEMPUS REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS LTD. belongs to the aforementioned three individuals.
- The company LENIDI S.A. is fully owned by the company TEMPUS REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS LTD.
- The company SKYLUX S.A. is fully owned by Kyriakos P. Sarantis.
- The company RIGATTE S.A. is fully owned by Aikaterini P. Saranti
- The company ZALEK S.A. is fully owned by Grigoris P. Sarantis.
- Grigoris K. Sarantis and Elpiniki K. Saranti, children of Kyriakos P. Sarantis, vote, following a written commitment, according to the instructions of their father.
