We would like to inform the investor’s community that a presentation of Gr. Sarantis Group will take place at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors on Wednesday 14^th of September at 9.30 a.m.

Mr. George Koletsos CEO, and Mr. K. Rozakeas CFO, will represent the Group and elaborate on the 6M 05 financial results, along with Management’s projections and strategic objectives for the period 2005-2008 under IFRS.

The above mentioned projections will be available in the Athens Stock Exchange web page on Tuesday 13.09.05 the afternoon.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
