The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member) proceeded on November 8^th of 2023 with the purchase of 25,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.86 euro per share.
Kyriakos Sarantis, CEO of the Group and Executive Member of the company’s BoD, proceeded on November 8^th of 2023 with the purchase of 25,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.85 euro per share.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
