Following the announcement of Sarantis Group 2018 Financial Calendar dated March 08 2018, the company informs of the amendment regarding the ex-dividend date, the record date and the dividend payment date.
It is noted that the Annual General Shareholders Meeting will be held as scheduled on Friday April 27th 2018.
The new dates regarding the dividend payment are as follows:
- May 18th 2018: Ex-dividend date
- May 21th 2018: Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date
- May 25th 2018: Dividend payment
The fiscal year 2017 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.
The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
